Moving Our Community Forward – One Step at a Time
Sometimes the best conversations happen when we’re moving forward together.
Join the Community Foundation of Howard County for Walk & Talk, a casual gathering designed to bring people together through conversation, connection, and community. Led by longtime community volunteer and connector Colleen Konstanzer, Walk & Talk offers a welcoming opportunity to meet new people, share ideas, strengthen relationships, and engage with others who care about Howard County.
Whether you’re a donor, nonprofit leader, volunteer, community partner, or simply someone looking to become more connected to the community, Walk & Talk is for you.
There is no agenda, presentation, or special preparation required. Just bring yourself, a comfortable pair of walking shoes, and a willingness to connect. As we walk together, we’ll discuss what’s happening in our community, exchange ideas, learn from one another, and explore ways to strengthen the place we all call home.
Hosted by the Community Foundation of Howard County at Athol Manor, Walk & Talk reflects our belief that strong communities are built through meaningful relationships. Every conversation has the potential to spark a new idea, inspire collaboration, deepen understanding, or create new opportunities for impact.
Whether you’re looking to expand your network, learn more about local issues, discover ways to get involved, or simply enjoy a walk with good company, we invite you to join us.
Come once or come often. Every walk is different, every conversation matters, and every step helps move our community forward.
