The Community Foundation of Howard County invites you to Ask Dee!, a monthly, informal opportunity to connect with Dee Athey, Director of Grants and Community Engagement. Held virtually via Zoom, Ask Dee! is a casual Q&A session open to anyone in the community who wants to learn more about CFHC’s grants and grantmaking. Grab a coffee, tea, or your favorite end-of-day drink and join Dee to chat in a relaxed, informal setting.

We'll begin with a relaxed stroll along the scenic trail surrounding Athol Manor before returning to enjoy local cider, healthy snacks, and conversation. It's a great opportunity to get outdoors, connect with others, and experience one of Howard County's special gathering places.

Celebrate the season with the Community Foundation of Howard County! We invite our donors, fundholders, nonprofit partners, community leaders, friends and neighbors to stop by Athol Manor for our Holiday Open House. Drop in anytime between 4:00 and 7:30 PM to enjoy holiday cheer, light bites and drinks, and time with friends from across our community. No formal program and no need to stay for the entire evening. Come when you can, stay as long as you'd like, and help us celebrate the season and another year of generosity in Howard County. We look forward to welcoming you to Athol Manor!

Nonprofit leaders and CFHC stakeholders are invited to join us on the last Wednesday of each month from 8:30–9:30 a.m. for Mornings with Melissa, a relaxed monthly coffee conversation. Recognizing the need for more opportunities for connection and collaboration this informal hour is designed to bring community leaders together. Join Melissa Curtin and the CFHC team to network, discuss current challenges, share ideas, and explore opportunities to work together in the service of our community.
