Heart of Philanthropy Fund

The Heart of Philanthropy Fund supports our core mission to inspire, promote and facilitate philanthropy. Since 1969, CFHC has been the heart of philanthropy in Howard County – inspiring lifelong giving and connecting people, places, and organizations to the causes that matter most. Howard County Community Relief Fund
Helping Neighbors in Times of Need.
The Howard County Community Relief Fund provides rapid support during times of crisis – helping neighbors meet urgent needs when it matters most. Your contribution is pooled with others to respond quickly and effectively, ensuring resources reach individuals, families, and nonprofits facing unexpected challenges across our community. Fund for Howard County
Local Giving. Lasting Impact.
The Fund for Howard County is an unrestricted fund that supports grantmaking to local nonprofits working to strengthen services, expand opportunity, and enhance quality of life across Howard County. Through our annual Community Grants process, this funding allows CFHC to respond to evolving community needs and invest where support will have the greatest impact. Black Philanthropy Circle of Howard County

The Black Philanthropy Circle of Howard County supports philanthropy that advances equity and invests in nonprofit organizations serving residents who trace their origins to the African diaspora. Through collective giving, this fund uplifts community-led solutions, addresses unmet needs, and strengthens organizations working to create a more equitable and inclusive Howard County. > Give Here
Women’s Giving Circle of Howard County
Investing in Women. Strengthening our Community.
The Women’s Giving Circle of Howard County builds a community of philanthropists to address the needs of women and girls in Howard County. Through collective giving donors come together to invest in programs and organizations that support women and girls and strengthen the well-being of our entire community. > Give Here
Fund for the Common Good
Building a Legacy of Giving for the Future.
The Fund for the Common Good is an unrestricted, endowed fund that supports the mission and long-term sustainability of the Community Foundation of Howard County. Gifts to this fund help ensure that CFHC can continue to serve our community for generations to come. Donations of $500 or more may qualify for Endow Maryland tax credits, as available within the annual allocation. > Give Here
