The Community Foundation of Howard County honored long-time President & CEO, Beverly White-Seals, on Thursday, September 25, in a retirement celebration in the Horowitz Center at Howard Community College. The event celebrated Beverly’s career of service to Howard County, and friends from across the community came out to pay tribute to Beverly.
